04/24/2024 - Adjusted speaker signups so that printouts will sort by order of signup on public comment nights, but on other nights without general public comment speakers will be ordered in order of item contemplation.
04/01/2024 - Added "Funding Source" option on items along with management screen.  Removed "Deny" button from item reviews unless user is specifically granted permissions to deny items.  Added output to PDF option for Accomodations Fee applications for print/email back to applicants.
02/29/2024 - Adjusted agenda generation code so that if a sub-type contains the word "workshop" the "Electronic Participation authorized" message won't print on the agenda.  Also changed "Item Text" field to "Clerk Comments" per Amanda Troy.

12/07/2023 - Fixed bug that caused misformatting of cover page if an ex-officio member of a meeting group necessitated increasing the max number of members in a column.
11/17/2023 - Fixed bug causing accommodations tax items to stop printing if it encountered a null adjustment date.
11/02/2023 - Added read only option to grant users access to view Accommodations Tax submissions.
07/24/2023 - Created workflow reset reason dialog and setup email to trigger to previous approvers in the event that workflows for an item are reset.
